RETURN POLICY
We made returning easy!
We accept the return of all products with the right to a full refund within 15 days after receipt. The return fee will be paid by the customer. Apart from this, we do not request a return fee to be deducted from your refund.
A condition for a full refund of your return is that the goods are returned in the same condition as when you received the order. If the product has been used (other than for testing purposes), damaged, washed, altered or missing labels/tags, we are legally entitled to charge you a fee for wear and tear of the product.
For health and hygiene reasons, cosmetic and hygiene products with closed packaging are within the scope of the right to return only if the packaging is fully intact. Underwear and swimsuits must have hygiene labels.

DISENTIS MODEST reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the 15-day allowable return period and/or outside the Return policy. If the return is refused, we may send the products back to your main delivery address at your expense to cover the delivery costs.
We aim to process your return and issue a refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
If you would like to replace your product with a different color or size, please return the product you do not use and place a new order. You can read more in our FAQ section.
All items will be individually inspected upon return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition and if this Returns policy is not followed you risk suspension under our Fair Usage Policy.
We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake.
If goods are damaged or defective when delivered, always contact Customer Service. From there, you will be instructed to return the goods for a full refund.
