ORDER

-What kind of payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by Money Order and Credit Card domestically, and only by Credit Card abroad. In payments by credit card, you can pay with Visa - MasterCard - American Express - Troy featured cards in one payment or with installment options that vary depending on the bank.

-Can I change or cancel my order?

According to consumer rights, you can use your right of withdrawal from your order before it is delivered to the cargo company. To do this, you must send the information that your order has been delivered to the cargo company to [email protected] or provide information about the order or product you want to cancel to customer services via our WhatsApp line at +90 555 336 47 86. If your order has been delivered to the cargo company, you can use your right of return within fourteen (14) days in accordance with the consumer protection law.

CARGO

-How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3 (three) business days.  

-How can I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. Or you can track it by clicking on WHERE IS MY PACKAGE.  

-How much do you charge for delivery?

After you place your order, a detailed invoice including delivery charges will be sent to your e-mail address. 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

-What are your product return conditions? How many business days does it take for the products to be sent to you?/How does the return and exchange process work?

You can return the product you have purchased without opening/destroying/damaging its packaging and without using the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery in the same condition as you received it. You must return the product with the product invoice. The shipping amount paid during the order is not included in the return process, the transaction will be made based on the product amount.  We do not have an exchange process. Only returns are made.

Return shipping fee belongs to the customer.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the authorized person of the company you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having a report drawn up by the cargo company. Do not forget that you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty after the product is received. Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged or in any other way are not accepted. The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.

If the customer returns the product or cancels the purchase, an instruction is given to the account or card from which the purchase was made within (15) days at the latest from the moment the returned product reaches us. The reflection of the return on the account varies from bank to bank. In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted back and the price will not be refunded. The refunds to be made to your bank account or card by us vary according to the bank you work with and are reflected in your account within 5-10 business days on average. In case of delay, you need to call your bank. After the "Cancelled" warning is displayed regarding your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card. If the product is returned as a cash on delivery transaction, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the total amount and the remaining balance will be refunded. Refunds made in installment sales are reflected to your credit card as a plus balance every month by your bank.
