Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data

Purpose of the Information Text and Our Company's Data Controller Position:

Our company www.disentismodest.com.tr (SIMURG TEKSTIL İNŞAAT SAN VE DIŞ TİC LTD ŞTİ) aims to inform customers about personal data processing activities carried out by DisentisModest in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), in its capacity as the “data controller”, within the framework of the Personal Data Protection, Processing, Storage and Destruction Policy of SIMURG TEKSTIL İNŞAAT SAN VE DIŞ TİC LTD ŞTİ published on www.disentismodest.com.tr.

Processing of Customer Personal Data and Its Purposes:

Personal data of customers, customer identification information, address information, contact information, e-commerce information, IP address etc. similar records, financial information regarding e-payments, IBAN number, customer transaction information and personal data regarding customer transactions within the scope of the laws and legal regulations that are applicable for the benefit of the relevant persons, customers etc. from the products and services offered by DisentisModest; It is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including fulfilling the requirements arising from tax and other laws, ensuring company security, fulfilling the requirements arising from the execution of customer and member agreements, the administration of the company, the execution of the business, the implementation of company policies, the fulfillment of obligations towards public institutions, the performance of the necessary studies directly or indirectly related to the legitimate interests of the company as the data controller by the business units and the execution of the relevant business processes, the realization of the commercial activities carried out by DisentisModest, the performance of the necessary studies by the relevant business units and the execution of the relevant business processes, the planning and execution of the commercial and/or business strategies of DisentisModest, the provision of the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of DisentisModest and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with DisentisModest. Personal Data to be Processed with the Explicit Consent of Customers and Purposes of Processing:

The personal data to be processed in accordance with explicit consent and the purposes of processing are also specified in the Consent Text.

Transfer of Customer Personal Data:

Personal data of customers may be shared with SİMURG TEKSTİL İNŞAAT SAN VE DIŞ TİC LTD ŞTİ, Company officials, our business partners, suppliers, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and private institutions within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, including the performance of the necessary studies by the business units and the execution of the relevant business processes in order to enable the relevant persons to benefit from the products and services offered by DisentisModest, the performance of the necessary studies by the relevant business units and the execution of the relevant business processes in order to carry out the commercial activities carried out by DisentisModest, the planning and execution of the commercial and/or business strategies of DisentisModest, the planning and execution of the activities required to ensure the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of DisentisModest and the relevant persons who have a business relationship with DisentisModest.

Method and Legal Reason for Collection of Personal Data:

Personal data is collected from customers electronically. Personal data collected for the legal reasons stated above, such as fulfilling the legal obligations of the company arising from e-commerce, informing authorized public institutions and organizations, carrying out legal transactions, fulfilling the performance arising from the sales contract, finance, marketing, risk analysis, physical security, can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and in this Information Text and, where explicit consent is required, in the Consent Text.

Rights of Customers as Personal Data Owners:

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the right to; (i) learn whether or not their personal data is processed, (ii) request information if their personal data has been processed, (iii) learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether or not it is used in accordance with its purpose, (iv) know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad (your personal data is not transferred abroad), (v) request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and request notification of the action taken within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, (vi) request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring processing are eliminated despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws and request notification of the action taken within this scope to third parties to whom personal data is transferred, (vii) object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person by means of analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems and (viii) request compensation for the damages incurred due to unlawful processing of personal data. Requests regarding the use of such rights may be submitted by personal data owners through the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data published by SİMURG TEKSTİL İNŞAAT SAN VE DIŞ TİC LTD ŞTİ within the scope of Law No. 6698 at www.disentismodest.com.tr. Disentis Modest will evaluate such requests and finalize them within 30 days. Disentis Modest reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule specified in the Personal Data Protection Law for such requests.

Data Storage Period

Your personal data will be processed for purposes other than those notified to you in this Information Text and will be stored for the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. At the end of these periods, the Data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized officially or upon your request in accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK.
