In accordance with consumer rights, you can exercise your right to withdraw from your order before it is delivered to the cargo. CARGO

-How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 3 (three) business days. The estimated delivery time is between 6-9 days, but the delivery time may vary depending on the country and region. Your order will be sent by DHL cargo.

For international shipments, you do not pay any shipping fee for shipments amounting to 199 USD or 199 Euro.
Once you place your order, a detailed invoice for your order, including delivery charges, will be sent to your email address.

RETURN EXCHANGE

What are your Product Return Conditions? How Many Working Days Can the Products Be Sent to You?/How Does the Return and Exchange Process Work?

You can return the product you have purchased in the same condition as you received it within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging and without using the product. You must return the product along with the product invoice. The shipping amount paid during the order is not included in the refund process, the transaction will be made based on the product amount. The return shipping fee belongs to the customer.

You can send the product back via DHL cargo or another cargo company. (Note: Your return process will start as soon as the product reaches our online warehouse.)

We do not have an exchange process. Only refunds are made.

Open and check the packages you think were damaged during shipment in front of a representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. Please remember that after the product is received, you accept that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully.

Returns of used, damaged and other products are not accepted.
The customer is obliged to return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, to compensate for the loss of commercial value of the product due to use.
If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, an instruction will be given to the account or card from which the purchase was made within (15) days at the latest from the moment the returned product reaches us. The reflection of the refund to the account varies depending on the bank.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situations are detected in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.

Refunds made by us to your bank account or card vary depending on the bank you work with, and are reflected in your account within 5-10 business days on average. In case of delay, you must call your bank. After the "Cancelled" warning appears regarding your order, the entire price is refunded to your credit card.
